The Best Safelists for July 2020

Happy July everybody!

Unfortunately I have no stats to share this month.

Boo!

While doing some traveling with the family last month the link tracking service that I had been using for several years went down without any warning or explanation.  Up until a few years ago it had been a great service but recently it has felt like it’s been running on autopilot with nobody behind the wheel.  That’s why I haven’t recommended it for so long.  I probably should have stopped using it a long time ago but it was easier to just keep doing what I was doing and not worry about it.  Lesson learned.

The good news is that I have managed to get 95% of my links back up and running with a new tracking service and traffic is back to flowing full throttle to all of my sites again.

I also feel very confident about now being able to recommend HitsConnect as the premiere link tracking service for anyone in our industry.

If you aren’t aware HitsConnect is created by the same guys who wrote the LFM script that most safelists and traffic exchanges run on.  It’s designed specifically for Internet marketers who do the kind of things we do and has all the bells and whistles anybody could ever need.

If you are not tracking the links in your safelist ads you are missing out on a huge piece of the puzzle.  Knowing which links convert best and where allows you to focus your advertising on what works and avoid the things that waste your time and money.

Click the banner below to explore HitsConnect for free.  When you are ready to upgrade I recommend grabbing the yearly deal which will save you a ton of money on your membership.

I just got my safelist ads back up and running again yesterday with HitsConnect so hopefully next month I will have some new stats to share with you in a brand new format.  Until then, keep up the good work!

Build Your Safelist Downlines with Mister Safelist

Hey Everybody!

What? A post in the middle of the month?

No safelist stats?

Nah. I just wanted to share something new I have been working on.

You know those downline builders you always see in safelists? They’re kinda boring, right?

I’ve been wanting to do something different with the downline builder inside Mister Safelist for awhile now so this is what I came up with. Every month I will be updating the Mister Safelist downline builder to reflect the rankings of the safelist stats that I post here on my blog every month.

That means if you are a member of Mister Safelist you can actually build your downlines in the top ranked safelists every month.

There’s even a cool feature where you promote the rankings page which includes your affiliate links.

Here’s an example:

If you’re a member you can of course replace my username with your own.

I will also be giving away prizes every month for anyone I see promoting Mister Safelist on any of the top ranked mailers. Free credits, upgraded memberships, and even cash prizes.

Pretty cool, right?

If you’re a member you probably want to login now to update your downline builder page to reflect January’s rankings.

The Best Safelists for March 2015

Happy March.

Welcome back to my blog where every month I share some of my advertising stats and post about what is new is the world of safelists and viral list builders.

The biggest launch last month was DownlineMaxx from Darren Olander and Troy WrayDownlineMaxx is a downline builder that features many of the top safelists.  What makes DownlineMaxx so special is the unique downline marketplace that lets you buy/rent program slots in other people’s downlines.  Don’t want to join a program in the downline builder?  You can always sell/rent out your unwanted slots to other members.  It’s very cool!  There is also a built in mailer so even if you are not interested in the downline builder you can still use it just like any other safelist.

Now lets get to the stats…

I am currently promoting my own Mister Safelist to over 40+ different safelists and viral list builders.  I do have upgraded memberships at many of these sites which allows me to send my ads more often.  I also spend time every day reading emails to earn enough credits to send my ads to the maximum amount of people.  These stats are provided only to show what is currently working best for me.

Hits Unique Signups Ratio
European Safelist 6326 55.00% 8 0.13%
State of the Art Mailer 2626 64.00% 5 0.19%
Adchiever 1796 67.00% 4 0.22%
Punch Card Mailer 2510 66.00% 3 0.12%
List Joe 760 61.00% 2 0.26%
Purple Vault Mailer 1376 52.00% 2 0.15%
List Surfing 125 68.00% 2 1.60%

Total February sign-ups from safelists: 39

European Safelist continues to rock and I still don’t know why.  I am not complaining though.

Overall numbers are still a down a bit so I think next month I am going to switch back to list building.  I was hoping to get that started today but I still have some work to do before I can make the switch.

Please remember that these stats are merely a reflection of my own advertising efforts for what I am promoting.  What works best for you might be something entirely different.  The only way to figure out what works best for you is to track your own ads.  You can get a free 30-day trial of the same link tracker I use from trck.me.

The Best Safelists for June 2014

Welcome to June!

As the so-called summer slowdown begins now would be a good time to double your efforts and start advertising more than your competition. This blog will hopefully give you a few new ways that you can do that.

Last month was a fairly slow month as well. The only new mailer I joined that is worth mentioning here is Rodeo Mailer which was launched at the beginning of last month by Mike Wysong. You can see my results there in the stats below.

Now let’s get to this month’s stats.

Here’s how it works.  I am active in 40-50 safelists and viral list builders.  I send my ads every day (or as often as they will let me) which promote my own Mister Safelist splash pages.  I am upgraded in most of these sites and do spend time every day reading enough emails which allow me to send my ads to the most number of people.  Your results my vary.

Hits Unique Signups Ratio
Traffic Zip 966 60.00% 7 0.72%
Fast List Mailer 2396 53.00% 7 0.29%
Build My Downlines 2288 63.00% 6 0.26%
List Adventure 2785 44.00% 6 0.22%
Adchiever 3130 62.00% 5 0.16%
Rodeo Mailer 2314 48.00% 5 0.22%
European Safelist 1451 40.00% 4 0.28%
Elite Safelist 1342 54.00% 4 0.30%
List Joe 212 70.00% 4 1.89%
Email Traffic List 1348 67.00% 3 0.22%
Bweeble 1862 65.00% 3 0.16%
Viral URL 41 85.00% 3 7.32%

Total May sign-ups (including those not listed here): 90

Keep in mind that I have been advertising Mister Safelist daily for the last year and a half.  The sites bringing me the more sign-ups are most likely the ones attracting the most new members.  I would probably get better results if I were promoting something new and different.

Remember that these stats are the result of my own marketing efforts and are provided only to show what is currently working best for me.  What works best for you might be something entirely different.  The only way to find out which sites work best for you is to track your own results.  You can get the same link tracker that I use from trck.me.

The Best Safelists for May 2014

It’s that time again!

Welcome to May and to my blog where I share my monthly safelist advertising stats and talk about what’s going on in the industry.

Last month was actually very quiet.  I didn’t join any new mailers and I can’t think of anything news worthy that happened.

So, how about some stats instead?

Below you will find the top safelists and viral mailers out of the 40 or so that I use on a regular basis which brought me the most sign-ups last month.  I am currently using these mailers to promote my own Mister Safelist.  I am upgraded at most of these sites and spend time every day reading emails to earn credits.  Since you may be promoting something different from me your results will probably be different too.  I provide these stats to show what is working best for me and to hopefully give you a starting point for new mailers to try.
