Article Writing For Fun and Profit

Author: Jerry Iannucci

Phew! It got warm again in St. Louis. I’ve been tempted to turn the air conditioning back on all day today but instead I will stick with my trusty fan and some frosty beverages.

I spent most of the day working on a new squeeze page. I know these things shouldn’t take more than an hour but I suck at graphic design. I always end up spending way too much time fussing over the tiniest details try to make everything look “just right”.

I think I am done. I’ll leave up on the screen for a few hours tonight to see if I still like it tomorrow.

In the mean time I just finished reading an ebook on article marketing. Article marketing isn’t something I would consider myself an expert on yet. I have written a few articles and submitted them to all the article directories. Most of the articles I wrote only got me a few hits back at my site. But one article… I once wrote an article about “tornadoes” for one niche site I was working on and submitted it to all the usual places. That article continues to feed more quality traffic to my niche site than any other traffic source out there.

That was a few months ago. I just haven’t had much time to write any new articles lately.

The book I read tonight is called “Article Cash” and it explains an easier method than what I was using to get your articles written and submitted so you can get into profit faster.

My problem is I spend way too much time trying to get my articles absolutely perfect. Article Cash gives some great tips for writing quality articles in a fraction of the time. I could easily see myself churning out 3 or 4 quality articles a day with the techniques laid out in this book.

In addition to the tips about writing articles Article Cash also shows you how to make the most money from your articles. I was happy to see the author included a section on list building and even included an email series revealing his method of generating multiple sales from just one article.

I am looking forward to writing a few articles now to see how much I can make.
